4In Armadillo you play as surprisingly, an armadillo. You roll into a ball to attack enemies and fight a boss roaming on an overworld map to complete each world. The levels are short and offer variety and the boss battles can be interesting. Unfortunately, there's terrible slowdown throughout even with only a few enemies on screen. The physics are floaty and the movement feels awkward when in a ball form as it requires momentum to attack. It lacks the level of polish I would like in a platformer.
