3In Pooyan, you defend your family against an onslaught of angry wolves by shooting arrows at the balloons they use to either drop down or float up the screen. This is a fairly faithful translation of the arcade game. The characters are cute and there is some variety in the special arrows you get. Unfortunately, the difficulty curve is way off on this game. I found it to be a chaotic and frustrating mess where the worse you do, the harder it gets. That's not a very good game design.
