8Batman: The Video Game has you playing as Batman through five levels that loosely follow the movie from 1989. Batman can use melee attacks as well as three different limited use ranged attacks to take out enemies. He can also jump off of walls in order to climb in stages. The controls are responsive and the graphics definitely set the mood. This is a very difficult game and it can be painful to start at the beginning of the level when you die. Wall jumping takes a bit of getting used to but is very satisfying.
